Background:
I'm Nathan Lawless. I've been telling stories since a child. For three years, I studied filmmaking with special focus on screenwriting. I've written one play, which I also acted in. I wrote multiple short films and documentaries. I've started many projects; some went further than others. Most of my work never went public. In fact, the vast majority of my creative projects never left the groupchat of me and my friends. These short skits are the most creative things I've made. They're what I had the most fun making. About two years ago now, I quit studying the art of film as I despise the film industry and the city. The knowledge I gained, however, never left me. The pull toward creating something stuck with me. It's been a while since I made any little videos for my friends, so I've decided to use this website as a platform to create and share my short skits in my newest project: The Chronicles of The Friend-Group. These will be fun videos based on real life events that occured within my friend-group. They will be minimally exaggerated to keep the comedy in the situations themselves. Stick around because there are many stories to be told.
